To all our contractors and developers, as you know, California has taken the high road again, revising and creating a whole new set of rules to save energy. The codes now require Area Controls (130.1a) Multi-Level Lighting Controls (130.1b) Shut-Off Controls (130.1c) Automatic Day Lighting Controls (1301.d) and Demand Response Controls (130.1e). There are multiple ways to achieve all this and that is the trick.

Our design build team has scoured through the books so that we can provide you the most affordable, code compliant systems available. We work closely with certified Title-24 Acceptance Technicians and Employees to ensure that the end of the project runs smoothly and guarantee that all the paperwork ends up in the right spots.
